Alert – Express CU fraud department or customer service will never call you asking for your debit or credit card information or account number. For valid fraud alerts you will receive a text message and/or phone call asking you to verify a specific purchase but not your card number. We have been informed that some members have received phone calls that appear to be coming from Express, but are bad actors spoofing our number. When in doubt, hang up and call our office back directly. You are the best line of defense to protect yourself from fraud.
