Alert – Express CU fraud department or customer service will never call you asking for your debit or credit card information or account number. For valid fraud alerts you will receive a text message and/or phone call asking you to verify a specific purchase but not your card number. We have been informed that some members have received phone calls that appear to be coming from Express, but are bad actors spoofing our number. When in doubt, hang up and call our office back directly. You are the best line of defense to protect yourself from fraud.

Have unexpected expenses? Need money right away? The Member Advance Loan is a small dollar, short term loan designed to help. To qualify, you must be a current member with at least 3 months continuous direct deposit from the same source.

Members can receive a loan up to $1,000 and pay a 10% flat fee on the amount borrowed. You have up to 90 days to pay off the loan with payments linked to your direct deposit.
