Investing in Financial Opportunity: Express Credit Union Receives $275,000 BECU Foundation Grant

Express Credit Union is proud to announce that we have received a $275,000 Right Now Grant from the BECU Foundation to strengthen our work providing access to financial services and capital for people who may otherwise have limited options.

The BECU Foundation is distributing $4 million through 10 Right Now Grants to 12 community partners working to address urgent needs in their communities. At Express Credit Union, expanding access to financial services is at the heart of our mission. We serve individuals and families who may face barriers to mainstream financial products and affordable credit, working to make banking and borrowing more accessible to the communities we serve.

The $275,000 grant will strengthen Express Credit Union’s ability to provide financial services and access to capital for people who might otherwise have limited options.

For a small, community-focused credit union like Express, investments like this help strengthen our ability to continue serving members while remaining focused on the people and communities at the center of our mission.
